Sicilian Pistachio is considered one of the best pistachios in the world. It is hand harvested every two years in different areas of Sicily. From Raffadali in Agrigento to Adrano and Bronte on the foothills of mount Etna. We toast our pistachio and then we cover it in salt. Excellent for enriching salads pizzas and focaccia or as an appetizer during an aperitif.
