Unit yield: 4,500 kg per hectare
Vinification: Grapes destemmed and pressed at low pressures. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in steel tanks. Aging on the fine lees. In the bottle for at least three months
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
