BLOOD ORANGE MARMALADE– USES AND CONSUMPTION:

Our blood orange marmalade is made exclusively with Sicilian blood oranges, grown on the slopes of Etna. Their intense red color is given by the temperature range that the plants undergo between day and night during winter season. Another element from which depends the red colour of this oranges is called anthocyanins, strong antioxidants, really helpful for the cells our body and intestine.

Blood orange marmalade, with a delicately sweet taste, is perfect to spread on buttered bread and is an excellent ingredient for making delicious and delicate recipes such as sweet tarts and crumbly biscuits.
