Etna liqueurs are produced only with fresh fruit harvested in the black lands of Etna and tell the agricultural stories of brave brokers, farmers and traders who have contributed to building the charm and success of the Etna area.
Marzola is a late mandarin that ripens in March. In the Blanco district, the temperature ranges favor the intense aroma of its skins kept in this liqueur thanks to an infusion in alcohol for 60 days.
ETNA LIQUEURS – SICILIAN MANDARIN LIQUEUR

INTRO:
Sicily is one of the regions with the greatest wine production in Italy, together with Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Puglia. The winemaking traditions of Sicily are very ancient and date back to the times of the Phoenicians, the Romans, the Greeks and the Arabs. Sicily boasts numerous native vines such as frappato, nero d’Avola, inzolia, catarratto, nerello mascalese and nerello hood, malvasia delle Lipari and moscato d’Alessandria (zibibbo, from the Arabic zibib which means precisely “a pass”) .
Based on the type of grape we can understand the cultivation area of the various vines mentioned above:
Ingredients: water, agricultural alcohol, sugar, tangerine peel infusion.
Any residues are obtained from the infusion of mandarin peel.
