The Etna Rosso Arcuria from the Graci winery once again confirms our esteem for the young winemaker who runs the Graci farm. Alberto Aiello Graci, thanks to the help of his sister and mother, had the courage to change his life to pursue his dream. After graduating in economics and gaining a good job in Milan, Alberto founded the winery on the slopes of Etna that bears his name and which produces splendid examples of the Etna wine quality, with typical grapes of the area such as nerello mascalese, nerello Cappuccio and loading. Etna Rosso Arcuria is an organic wine that has fascinated us. Its intense color and, at the same time transparent, suggests its sincere bond with the terroir that sees its grapes ripen. The freshness that distinguishes this excellent wine convinces us, one glass after another, that we will finish the entire bottle even though the Arcuria lends itself very well to aging in the cellar. Its savory taste recalls the minerality of the black lands of Etna and the altitude of the nerello mascalese vineyards grown between six hundred and seven hundred meters above sea level.
