Green olives in brine are among the most used products in traditional Sicilian cuisine and in catering. green olives are a very rich source of vitamins from groups A,B,C and E, also thanks to the mineral salts they contain, they provide the body with iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, iodine, which give the intestine oleic acid useful for regulating the intestinal system.
